10.0La posizione dell' appartamento posto ad un primo piano era favorevole ha tutte le destinazioni balneari più ambite della zona. Iniziamo dalla spiaggia di Kissamos a pochissimi km da casa 5min in auto 15 Min a piedi. A 30 Min da Falasarna, 60 Min da Elafonnisi.Vucino ad un rent boat dove abbiamo preso un gommone per arrivare a Balos🤩 A 30 Min scarsi dalla città La Canea😍 L'appartamento areato, luminoso,pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che occorre, anche il frigo era provvisto di acqua,succo vino e grappa del posto,era anche presente della frutta fresca. Giannis il proprietario ci ha accolto all' arrivo, la mamma che sta al piano di sotto ci ha fatto trovare all' arrivo un plumcake alle noci veramente delizioso,per non parlare del buraki preparato per la cena un piatto tipico loro dai sapori unici con prodotti loro a km zero. Durante il soggiorno si è rotto il sedile del wc che Giannis premurosamente ci ha sostituito a costo zero nonostante era stato spaccato da noi. Nonostante le esigenze familiari diverse, perché siamo una famiglia con 3 ragazze e piccolo cagnolino, abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva relax tranquillità, disponibilità delle persone del luogo,spiagge meravigliose. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
− L'unica pecca era il fatto che l'appartamento si trova in una delle strade più trafficate di Kissamos molto frequentata da auto e moto anche di notte. Abbiamo cmq risolto accendendo i condizionatori e chiudendo le finestre così si dormiva tranquillamente.

10.0Giannis was very kind and welcoming. The house was perfect with everything that you need inside. We were 4 persons and there was enough space for everyone. The rooms are big and the apartment was very clean. The location is perfect. The house is located on the main road and it is 15 min by walk from two beaches or 5 min by car. Balos beach, Elafonisi and Falasarna beach are on less than an hour by car. In Kissamos there are good tavernas which again are 10 min walk from the house. And last but not least - Giannis and his mother were the perfect hosts. They were so kind and I highly recommend staying there.

10.0Appartamento grande con tutto il necessario. Siamo stati benissimo, i proprietari sono stati davvero gentili, la signora ha preparato per noi torta, biscotti e altri piatti tipici, tutto delizioso. Siamo rimasti davvero molto colpiti dalla loro accoglienza.

10.0Appartamento molto grande dotato di tutto il necessario compresa la friggitrice a aria. Molto gentili la signora Fotini e suo figlio che ci hanno accolto con dolce e frutta. Molto comodo il check-in fino alle ore 24 soprattutto per chi arriva tardi col traghetto.
