8.0Location excellent
Gorgeous apartment, great value, great location, host is a gem.
10.0Chiara was a great communicator. We had instructions emailed and in WhatsApp the morning of check-in. We texted Chiara for the code to get the keys at the front door. Couldn't have been easier. The apartment is gorgeous. It's a perfect location in a bustling neighborhood, but out of the tourist district so you get the REAL feel of Venice. We'll very likely look to stay here again in the future.
− I'm not sure if we have access to the garden or not? I guess we didn't ask.

As had a fabulous stay at Chiara’s apartment!
10.0Loved the location. The host was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. The apartment was exactly as presented. The size of the apartment was great and no big stairs to carry our luggage up.
