10.0The size is perfect for one individual for a short period. It’s perfectly located in the center. Grocery stores, parking, food options, all within a five minute walk.
− My only issue was that the room would warm up quickly even without turning on the heater and while you can open the windows there are no mosquito nets so I had bites the first few nights.

8.0I liked that it was in the city, and that it had air conditioning. The renter was great, friendly and clear on instructions.
− Overall, everything was great. Two things I did notice. 1. The towels were washed, but some towels had hair in them which made me not really want to use it. I think maybe using another washing company would solve this. 2. The code lock was great, but in the beginning of my stay I had to press the code 2-3 times before the door opened and towards my final days I had to press the code about 4-5 times and re-lock, and open up a few times before it actually opened.
I felt welcomed by Roberta, comfortable in the apartment, and delighted by downtown Pordenone.
10.0The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its location was excellent, affording me easy access to beautiful downtown Pordenone. I spent many hours just walking down the Main Street, taking in the atmosphere of the town, and stopping in for a coffee or a meal at a cafe'. Very, very pleasant experience. I also liked that my host, Roberta, was consistently kind and patient with any questions I had. She too was a pleasure.
