Peaceful, quiet, centrally located and great hospitality
8.0Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed. It was centrally located with easy access to various places in the area. And a very special and entertaining goat. We would have loved to stay an extra night or two. Zifa’s warm hospitality was superb. We appreciated the WhatsApp group and the communication.
− The bed linen is very tired and worn. The pillows are flat and lumpy. The kitchen cupboard doors could do with a good scrub - I’m fussy like that ;-) While we had a good stay, we did feel that the price we paid was a bit steep. Another suggestion is some outdoor cushions for the deck. I also suggested moving the picnic table on the deck out of the way of the doors.

1.0− The property didnt meet any of our standards. the property is advertised as one that offers a pool and a jacuzzi however we were told that those facilities are next door. we specifically booked the property because we were under the impression that it has a pool and a jacuzzi based on the advert on bookings.com. if they were to post the property without the pool and jacuzzi most people woudnt pay 4400 to stay there . secondly there was no electricity for 12 hours on the second day, we had to spend extra money at restaurants so we can charge our devices. the owners said the power outage was caused by repairs from eskom however when we asked the security guard he says that this happens frequently and that the entire estate has persistant power outages. This property alone changed our perception of hartees.

1.0− I feel cheated and treated unprofessionally. Still also waiting for the invoice I requested. I booked a unit, was asked for additional money when there was not even a door in the bedrooms separating people. What a disappointment.
