6.0The unit we stayed in was for sale, the TV did not have instructions on how to work it properly, the kitchen had limited pan and utensil selection, (hard to make pancakes with no spatula to turn them or fry bacon in a fry pan too small). It felt as if there was no real effort to making this very expensive unit more comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent and the resort itself was beautiful. We just did not feel the unit was worth the price.

10.0The staff was amazing. Our room was ready early which meant a lot to us. We were photographing a wedding in Chelan and its always nice to leave our stuff in a room and not in the car. The grounds were beautiful and it was nice to come back after a long day and relax in a wonderful and quiet room. Thank you!

10.0The staff was very proactive and reached out to me when I wasn’t able to check in within working hours. Their communication was top notch. Highly recommend staying here if playing Desert Canyon or even staying in the greater Chelan area!
