10.0The balcony House is a spacious apartment with all conveniences at your finger tips in the middle of town so walking distance to everything. I booked for 2 nights, stayed 6. The owners are friendly at the same time give you your own space. I will be making it my home away from home while in Rizal. Thank you!

− The double decker bed was unstable and rather unsafe to climb onto. There could have been a water heater, which is pretty easy to install. The toilet in one of the rooms had a broken flush mechanism, which is quite easy to repair.
