Spacious Apartment in a Great Location, but Cleanliness Could Be Improved
8.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious and bright, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Access to the beach was extremely easy, making our vacation even more enjoyable. Additionally, the neighbors were very friendly, adding to the positive experience. Access to the apartment without the need for keys is a great advantage.
− By our standards, the apartment was not clean. It could have been cleaner. For example, the ceiling fans were covered in dust, and the carpet in some areas (especially near the balcony doors) had a different color due to accumulated dirt. I also did not like that the payment was handled outside of Booking.com. We had to prepay 50% of the total amount as a deposit. For those who choose not to install the app on their mobile phone, they can access the apartment with a pin code. In our case, we had to repeatedly contact the administrators to get the pin code. This meant we had to wait 30 minutes before we could finally enter the apartment. A quicker response to our communication attempts would have made our experience more pleasant.

6.0Clean and great location
− Bugs got in ALL food. Had a buddah statue overseeing the living space which we were offended by. Property manager seemed uninvolved at times with responses. Too much noise! Roosters crowing all the time, maintenance guys blocking the hallways with equipment, gardener working early in morning… cats everywhere! Pictures of property much nicer than actually seen. Plus, couldn’t lock the condo doors from inside w/o the use of app every time :(
