8.0− After 10am, Always they ask to checkout. All other hotels & villas checkout time is 12pm. also it suporse to extend till 1pm or 2pm. This property ask at 10am.. thats the worst ting. even i didnt have time to take a breakfast.

9.0Beautiful restful villa with a lovely design and extremely spacious . Manju the caretaker was very helpful and looked after us really well.
− Bit far from Colombo and decent restaurants but it didn't matter too much as tuk tuks came quite easily to take us . And Quite a few are 10 or 15 minutes away . Would definetly stay there again. Suitable for a larger group

9.0It is a beautiful home. Look better than the pictures. It's nestled behind all the other houses, so very quiet and peaceful. Equipped with all modern equipment. Would recommend for anyone who wants to have a quiet holiday. Convenient location.
