7.0朝食は美味しかった。
− が、しかしテーブル席が少なく、家族席や個人席の区別対応ができていなかった。自分が利用した席は待合席みたいな食べるスペースではない席で、非常にハード的に食べ辛く、しかも相席でした。料理は美味しかっただけに残念です。
急な宿泊でしたのでとても助かりました
7.0遅いチックインでしたが適切な駐車場を案内頂きとても助かりました

コンサートがある時は、またKOKOに泊まりたい！
9.0チェックイン前にも、チェックイン後にも、荷物を預かってくださるのが、本当に助かりました。 お土産を買ったりして荷物が増えるたび、ホテルに戻って置かせていただきましたが、嫌な顔ひとつせず、気持ちよく対応してくださって嬉しかったです！ １泊しかしていませんが、おかげさまで２日間のコンサート、どちらも身軽に行けて助かりました（＾▽＾＊）
− カーテンの一部が外れていました。椅子に登って、自分で直しましたが、マジックテープ自体が弱ってきているのかもしれません。他はあまり気になりませんでした。
