10.0The caravan owner was very friendly, professional and punctual with replies to queries. The caravan was very clean and well equipped and in a quieter part of the park.
− The entertainment passes were expensive and kids arcade has to use prepaid (purchasable) cards rather than coins.

− Would of liked it if there was an hoover to give the place the once over before we left it was hard to do it on carpets with just a brush and would of been better with internet but that was explained in the write up
