Absolutely disgusting hospitality.
1.0Absolutely nothing.
− DO NOT STAY HERE!! My partner and I recently stayed here and it was absolutely horrible. Upon arrival, we noticed a faint smell of mold, which was unpleasant but tolerable. However, on Thursday morning, we discovered muddy water starting to seep into the space. By the time we returned that evening, the entire property was flooded with dirty water, rendering the accommodation completely uninhabitable. The water had spread from the front door to the bathroom!! What is particularly unacceptable is that this appears to be a known issue — as indicated by the tarp we saw hung outside the next morning. At no point were we warned about the risk of flooding. No extra towels or cleaning supplies were provided, and no support was offered either before or after the incident. (We had to use our bath towels to mop up the filth.) Our clothes were completely ruined and had to be thrown out due to the disgusting muddy water all over our floor. This is a blatant failure of basic hospitality and safety standards. We were forced to sleep in an unsanitary, unsafe environment without warning or assistance, and we are still waiting for a refund.

− It was hard to find. It was a little room at the top of the driveway. You had to walk beside 2 cars with not much room. You can hear the residents in the house. The AC did not work. They gave me an oil heater which takes hours to heat up. When I first arrived a guy from the house walked into the unit without knocking. The place was not at all as advertised. I did not stay the night. Definitely do not recommend.

10.0Thank you Sienna for creating a comfortable, affordable and safe spot for me and my partner to rest our heads while we were road tripping up the East Coast. I was collecting my partner from the airport and the flat was perfectly located for a quick and easy pick up.
Convenient location for hospital procedure, unit was clean and well presented.
7.0Attractive compact unit, had a seating area and table suitable to set up a laptop. Well stocked with basic items you might need. Host was easy to contact with enquiries.
− Bathroom was very tiny, also quite a steep driveway you need to walk up. Would have liked to watch free-to-air TV but the unit only had Netflix.
