9.0La casa está muy bien, cuenta con todas las Comodidades para que 4 personas pasen un buen momento. La comunicación con Julio fue un punto alto dentro de todo.
− El alojamiento en si estaba muy bien, lamentablemente nos tocó un par de cortes de camino (usual en la zona) y si no cuentas con un jeep o camioneta podría ser un problema.

− The rooms upstairs facing the lake were a bit hot and humid to sleep comfortably. A/C would be a perfect upgrade.

The house is beautiful and the view/location is fantastic!
9.0The house is on the edge of town, so in a very quiet spot, if that's what you are looking for. You could walk into town, but it'd be a bit of a hilly hike. The house is clean and appears to be very new. Modern appliances and bathrooms. Nice bedrooms with an upper balcony. Then there is the location and view! Fantastic! The house looks out onto Lake Arenal (also not really walking distance) and the outdoor space is really nice with a lower terrace, nice lawn and upper balcony. There were tons of birds around including toucans, chachalacas, brown jays and parrots. If you want something peaceful out in the country, I highly recommend!!!
− It was very difficult to find, even after the host sent me aerial pictures. I knew there was a gate, but didn't realize the entire street the house is on is behind the gate, not just the house itself. However, we ended up parking right in front of the house where the neighbor lady lives who has the keys and gate opener so it ended up being fine. The host was also very responsive on What's App as we were trying to find the house.

10.0La casa cuenta con un balcón y terraza con una vista impresionante al lago arenal, desde donde también pudimos observar varias especies de aves, todo muy limpio, muy bien equipada, un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo. Con gusto regresaré!!
