− We didn’t meet any staff. It might have been good to have a short guide to the site in the tent with ground rules, who to contact in emergency and where to find things on the site. Also explicit info re bringing your own towels in the booking info (just said “linens included”). Ideally having somewhere on site to make tea/coffee/refrigerate milk etc and info whether the water is safe to drink. We came a little unprepared as a result. More info would helped us prepare better. Also, the showers were cold in the morning. Neither of us could get them to run hot. A few little tweaks and this could easily become a sought after high-end glamping place.

In a great position, beautiful views of the sea. Within walking distance of the Eden project. Would stay again.
