Puikiai įrengtas butas su viskuo, ko tik gali prireikti. Lengva rasti, lengva privažiuoti, pasiparkuoti, lengvai paimami raktai, švaru, tvarkinga. Jei tik reikia, bute rasite gėrimų, bariuką, visus įmanomus patogumus. Jei tik reikia saugiai patogiai pernakvoti Kazlų Rūdoje - labai rekomenduojame.

− Reikia turėti galvoje, kad butas yra seno daugiabučio 4ame aukšte, o tai reiškia siaurą laiptinę ir nepatogumą, jei tenka neštis daugiau daiktų. Taipogi, už sienos ryte kiek girdėjosi kaimynų reikalai. Taipogi, dušas kartais "kvailioja" ir prausiantis staiga ima leisti ledinį vandenį, tada vėl grįžta prie šilto. Tai smulkmenos mūsų trumpo apsistojimo atveju, bet apsistojantiems ilgiau tai reikia turėti galvoje.
