It was absolutely stunning, the villa and the view. Cleaners came in every 4 days although we kept it clean they would come in put fresh bedding and towels. The area was gorgeous. Its was absolutely breathtaking

Fine for 3 weeks, but maybe a bit limited for a longer stay.

The location was excellent. Quiet (except for a car alarm one night) but an easy walk into town or to other bars/restaurants. The little sandy beach to the left provided convenient access for swimming (although a bit cool, swims of about 30 minutes were fine). The bay was safe for swimming, at least during low season. The nearest small supermarket organised deliveries for us. Although it wasn't obvious on maps, there was a little path that avoided the main road into Kassiopi (easiest to find if you follow the markers from the running route that goes past the front of the villa - https://www.wikiloc.com/trail-running-trails/akoli-beach-en-avlaki-beach-vanaf-kassiopi-212112265). There is also an excellent bar / restaurant that is very close (at the Katia beach hotel - https://katiaaparthotel.com/) where you can also use the swimming pool. We decided now to hire a car and this worked fine - using taxis id required for transfers or sightseeing. Cleaner came twice a week and did a good job. Christina was always very helpful and any problems were quickly sorted out. We managed to leave a house key behind, but she found it and sent in on to us - thanks a lot for this!

− The villa is funny - effectively 2 apartments, upper and lower. It was good to have the garden area to ourselves, but keeping track of the 2 keys (there was only one for each apartment) was tricky for our 2 couples. The pool is so small / shallow that I imagine that it is useful only for children. The double beds were very narrow, but otherwise comfortable enough. The TV gave access only to Youtube and cable stations requiring log-in. No option to play DVDs or show output from a laptop. Although it was nice to sit outside, inside was rather gloomy (and chilly on windy days) and the bathrooms could do with a bit of modernisation.
