Plumbing issue stayed at different place
7.0This was my first time booking an Airbnb. We actually did not get to stay at this location. The host informed me of a plumbing issue and offered another apartment in another location. The alternate apartment was clean and had many of the same amenities as the initial apartment. I do believe the original apartment was probably bigger. Both locations were not in best of neighborhoods though. Everything was new inside the apartment. Overall, we were satisfied with alternate apartment.
− The neighborhood wasn't the best but we didnt have any issues at the alternate apartment. I'm not big on street parking and there was only room for one vehicle to park in the driveway. Also a suggestion of having TVs in all bedrooms would be nice.

8.0I didn't like the area because there are so many drug users; we don't feel very safe there. I know these are people who need help and support.
− The coffee maker in the accommodation was dirty, and the cabinets also require more cleaning and organization.

I needed to leave on flight from Newark so this place served its purpose for thet reason.
8.0Comfortable beds, great washer and dryer and kitchen had everything needed to cook.
− There were empty water bottles and garbage under bed from previous guest.
