4.0Gute Lage, Supermarkt und Bahnhof in der Nähe. Innenstadt mit der Straßenbahn oder auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
− Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Kaffeemaschine ohne Funktion, im Wohnraum keine Essgruppe.

8.0The host was very helpful in allowing an early check in. The balcony was lovely with a shady tree. The apartment was clean. The convenience of the supermarket 50 metres away.
− A few little extras such as a bit of cooking oil or washing machine liquid and a toaster, would have made a lot of difference. The shower gel could have been replenished.

6.0Die Lage war super. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich.
− Sehr spartanisch ausgestattet (keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, keine Weingläser, keinen Korkenzieher....). Die Wohnung war nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, was den Wohlfühlcharakter doch merklich zum negativen beeinflusst hat.
Eigentlich ist die Lage und die Wohnung Top. Mit einem bischen mehr Liebe für die Ausstattung könnte das eine absolute E
7.0Die Lage ist Top. Der Vermieter war sofort erreichbar.Der Balkon ist klasse. TV Set ist sehr gut. Auch Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei. Tiefgarage sollte man nutzen. Wenn man draussen zulange parkt, zahlt man 25 Euro für Parken ohne Ausweis C.
− Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit dem Notwendigsten. Den Kochtopf und den Wasserkocher habe ich entkalkt. Sehen jetzt top aus. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nicht sauber und kann man wegen fehlender Kapseln nicht nutzen.

− - Tiefgaragenplatz ist sehr eng mit einem grossen Auto - Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig - Es hatte zwar eine Kaffeemaschine aber nur 1 Kapsel dafür und zur Geschirrmaschine auch nur 1 Tab, im WC nur 1 Papierrolle..
