First time wrost ever experienced at Kolkata hotel

Worst ever so called hotel in this area! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES

I didn’t like anything! It is the worst ever hotel i ever stayed in Kolkata.

− Well where to start! So far this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life! 1. The rooms are very small and smells very bad. 2. Dirtiest washroom ! So smelly plus nothing was working! Flash was broken and it was so dirty we could have captured with germs. 3. Stuff!!! Oh my god! The mosth illiterate people i have met! Dont even know how to manage! Once i was checking out they simply added a lot of extra charges without informing us! They said sorry the kitchen doesn’t work so they purchased food from outside for us(they didn’t tell me that while ordering) plus they charges a lot extra! Added extra water bottles on bill and while i said we have not taken any extra bottles of water, They started arguing and finally said “ok sir 30 rs we will minus!” Means what? What is exactly going on!! 4.DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILY! Yess ! Entire night people are screaming on the lobby and puking plus drinking oh my god !! Such a horrible management!! 5. Next to our room some loud fighting was going on and authorities didn’t take a single action! 6. many lights were not working doesn’t have any landphone! 7. They are charging nearly 1800 wheres the same type of rooms we can easily get with 300/night nearby! 8. As soon as we checked in the bill amount was different and increased by 500 by saying “sir from webside we cant merge” you need to pay extra! - This was my personal experience and i am never ever again visiting again there! All the best

− They happily confirmed that my booking cancelled at 1 am, I was with my family at the airport and they said they have no rooms. My worst decision ever.
