8.0Lokalita blízko Nív aj zastávky, balkón, čistota, pohodlie, komunikácia s majiteľom.
− Nebola tam hubka na riad, ani žiadna utierka, ani miesto pre odkvapkanie umytého riadu. Taktiež sme mali iba dva toaletné papiere na celý pobyt, žiadne doplňujúce zásoby tam neboli.

7.0− Klimatizácia bola strašná! Vôbec nefungovala. A kvôli nej aj spánok, keďže sme museli mať otvorené okná a hluk z vonku bol jedna katastrofa.

10.0We visited the place with my wife and 3 year old kid.The apartment is excellent. Very clean and packed with everything you need. One day we had trouble with our key ans just one our later we got a spare forn the host. Very quick response. The neighbourhood is very nice and clean. Very close to a big shopping mall (Nivy) , so you have connections there for the public transport. I definitely recommend it! P.s. for the people with children there is very big and nice playground outside of the building:)
