We were just needing a base for the night after flight cancelled. We were desperate.

− No duvet. Could smell weed.
Good for my business visit, excellent transport links, spoiled a little by the uncomfortable temperatures - oh, and miss

− It was warm on the day or arrival, and the room was very warm. Unfortunately the access to the balcony, which would have been good, was not available with a sign saying don’t open the patio doors, fine of £200 - it made keeping comfortable a bit difficult

− The property was not clean. We found condom wrappers, balloon canisters, roll ups, hair, and balloons under the bed. We raised this with the property via WhatsApp and booking.com and got no response at all from the agency

− Bad smell when walk in Unclean stains in a lot of places TV didn't work Toilet flusher broke felt like I couldn't have shower was to unclean no toiletries and hand soap. Kitchen was the only place that seemed a bit cleaner I only have taken a picture of the toilet flusher.

9.0Super comfortable bed, building felt very secure. Nice sized TV to watch, kitchen facilities were great (oven/ microwave/ air fryer/ toaster/ kettle/ utensils - everything!) Lots of lamps for nice lighting. Information for access was sent to me at the appropriate time on the day of check in.
− There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom but this wasn’t a big problem as tesco was opposite for anything we needed. An additional towel would have been extra helpful (was only 1).
