10.0This is a beautiful house with exceptional customer service from the owners. It is decorated well and any question we had was easily answered.
− This is not an issue for many, but if guests plan on cooking and depending on what dishes they like to use--may want to bring their own. There is no ladle; there are large, slotted spoons with holes instead. There are a lot of dishes, but many are non-sticks that other guests seemed to have scratched up. The mugs, drinking glasses and plates are great though!

This property is managed by Row Hosts LLC. We screen our amazing guests, and a security deposit is placed as a hold for incidentals on your card. Once your stay is completed, the hold is removed from your account and the amount is refunded. Our system is integrated with the booking channel system and we utilize Stripe payment processing system. This means booking as usual through the platform on our guests' end. We just like to be transparent about the security measures we put in place to protect our guests.

We care about you and your experience so as stated above this property has outside security cameras on the premises. There is also a minut decibel monitor that monitors noise level to ensure that the quiet hours are being followed and indoor cigaret smoke detection.
