− Booking process. Booked through Booking.com and was verified as a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults. We arrived to find two 1 bedroom apartments. The place is also listed on Vacasa so ended up as a 3rd party rental. Expressed concerns to host but no offer of resolution. Booking.com also reached out but no adjustments were offered. Ended up costing more and not getting what we booked. To their credit Booking.com offered an adjustment.

− Multiple lamps not working, as was the hairdryer. Airco in one of the rooms was a bit broken. (Couldn't change temperature)Dead roaches in the lamp in the bathroom.
