8.0Freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Einfacher Check-In. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit privater Sauna und Parkplatz / Tiefgarage, Aufzug. Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah.
− Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentrumsnah, jedoch DIREKT am Bahngleis. Die Balkon- Fensterfront befindet sich GEGENÜBER eines Wohnblockes mit Zuschauern 😳 und Parkplätzen (keine Privatsphäre). Auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich. Der Durchgang zwischen Bett und TV-Wand sowie der Platz zwischen Sofa und Esstisch / Stühlen ist sehr schmal. Es wäre für Best-Ager oder Personen mit kleinen Einschränkungen trotz Aufzug usw. als Hinweis empfehlenswert.

10.0Perfekte Lage, sehr saubere Wohnung, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Sauna ein Traum. Genau so stellt man sich einen Urlaub vor.
− Da gibt es nichts.
Toll - wir versuchen die Wohnung wieder mal zu buchen.
