− Stayinmydistrict609 1-Living room floor missing part of the flooring laminate. Couch/third bed is uncomfortable and only seats three people max. Coffee table made of plywood with finish coming off. 2-Paint coming off kitchen cabinets. Stove is in poor condition (20+ years old - top has broken enamel and there are runs down oven door. Rust is on the refrigerator and freezer. Dining table is actually I believe a desk that is difficult to sit at in the chairs provided. Kitchen towel frayed and needs replacement. 3-Bedrooms have basically no furniture other than a bed. No night stands or dressers. No place to put your stuff. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase on the floor. Lighting for reading was poor. Tiny micro light on one side of bed but missing on other side of bed in one bedroom. Black mold in corner of one bedroom. O 4-Bathroom toilet seat is so old that most of the paint is gone. The bathroom sink does not drain well. The bath tub has most of the enamel worn off. The towel rack is badly rusted. Very little space to hang towels.
