− La falta de actividades a realizar por el poco personal de animación.

8.0El paisaje, mar, el hotel todo es hermoso para un espectacular descanso! La vegetación y el mar te llevan a un lugar divino !
− Me dio mucha pena las condiciones en las que trabaja el personal del bufet, totalmente inhumano… no entiendo como pueden permitir eso… un calor extremo que se sentía dentro del bufet, no quiero imaginarme lo que sentirá el personal que está ahí mismo trabajando con ropa manga larga, barbijos, bajo el calor de hornos y hornallas por horas y horas bajo las mismas condiciones todos los días ! No hay forma que te pongan buena cara, cuando se encuentran en condiciones inhumanas ! Toda mi familia se intoxicó, al parecer algo que consumimos en el hotel nos hizo mal, creemos que el agua, hielos o algo así ! Fuera de eso el hotel es hermoso, un lugar muy bello !

Upon my arrival after waiting till 4.40 PM it was still difficult getting a room that was ready.
7.0The property were well kept and easy access to the property location.
− I don’t like having to climb three floors to my room, getting house keeping do the regular daily service was a challenge. I ran out of toilet paper, there was only one towel in the room for two people, there were no wash cloths in the room, ran out of water, the room was not clean one day after going to the front desk it still was not clean. Nothing was left for staring the coffee. In a not shell house keeping was atrocious.
