The location and the amount of space in the apartment

− The linen all smelt of smoke & we had to get replaced. The sofa bed was not made up as requested. Both these issues were sorted out the next day. The power short circuited a number of times. I would suggest to the owner not to provide welcome gift of out-of-date chocolates we didn't eat & neither did previous guests. Curtain was also broken so light was an issue in the morning coming in.

Konumu gerçekten harika Paddington metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesi 5 dk. Genel olarak temiz ve yeterli ekipman bulunuyordu evde. Loft daire olması tercihimizde etkin bir özellikti ama merdiven dar ve biraz küçüktü. Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir.

We got robbed and was put at risk by owner!!

The location was great, close to Paddington station.

− We got burgled!!!! On our second day of the stay we came home to all our belongs being turned upside down, I have 2 children who were absolutely terrified and devastated that our personal belongings had been taken. No sign of broken entry…that’s because the property only had a one key flimsy Yale lock that could easily be broken in by using any bank card! It was only after we reported the incident to the police and the owners that the agency worker provided us with a second lock key, can you believe it. If we had this second lock key in the first place we properly never would’ve been robbed! Don’t stay here until the property is undergone safety inspections! The flat door isn’t even a fire door, no protective entry strips to prevent break ins, no multi point locking system and not locks on the first floor windows! We were massively exposed and out at risk by the owners. The proper felt very unsafe and is not protected with the tenants interest at all. A week later and we are still very much traumatised by the incident and have little 6 year old is having constant nightmares. Also a spindle on the top mezzanine balcony was missing!! How dangerous is this for a little toddler who could have fallen straight through it and probably cause some serious damage if they fell to the ground!! Surrounding areas weren’t very well kept, not ideal for such high prices we paid fur this property, very disappointing at the upkeep. The references made to certain landmarks in the property details in not true, e.g. Madam Tussauds wasn’t 5 min walk but more like 25 minutes!! Property is very dated, beds were uncomfortable and poor light which was temperamental. You couldn’t cook a descent meal as there were no basics in the kitchen like oils, salt or pepper nothing! Some utensils available. Definitely do not recommend this property!!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has everything I need.
