Lovely location with fantastic seaside view

The location was amazing with fantastic sea views. The neighbours Linda and Michael were very friendly such nice people to chat with. Communication from the host was really good.

− Honesty nothing. I did read some recent reviews which made me doubt if it would be as good as I expected and I can say it was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and there were some routine maintenance outstanding but absolutely nothing that impacted our stay.

Thank goodness we had good weather.

Location spot on and a great view over the sea from the back of the property however i would not recommend. Needs a lot of TLC but the neighbour was friendly

− It wasn’t overly clean. The bathroom facilities were ok but here was a damp bath mat left on the floor and rubbish in the upstairs bathroom bin. No bed linen apart from on one of the bunk beds so I had to make a dash to QD to get 3 sleeping bags.

We absolutely loved the location and house and things inside that were available, it was super comfortable for our family and with things available inside the house meant we didn't have to pack and bring as many things with us as they were provided for us to use in the property, like baby crib, baby bath, high chair and little playroom in children's bedroom. Plenty of sleeping spaces for whole family, lovely layout and felt like home away from home, beautiful views from upstairs terrace and short walk away from beach, promenade and sea life centre aswell as all local arcades, fun fair, pubs, restaurants & Tesco. We loved the super king bed, super comfy! The attention to details from the host were exceptional and well over our expectations! Like the blanket basket near the terrace to cover yourself whilst enjoying the sunset. We would definitely book again! Love it so much!

− Early check out and late check in times, we enjoyed our stay so much, we just wished we could have spent more time in the property as it was so nice. Early check out was a bit of a struggle with two small children but we have managed in the end, just really wish it was later so we could have enjoyed it more for longer haha

− The air was stale due to inadequate ventilation to the property. The linin was extremely musty. Damp smell and drain smells. Poor quality bedding etc. All extremely cheap poor quality furnishings. The worst place I have ever stayed. I booked for 4 nights and had to leave after the first night as I was not able to take full breaths due to the atmosphere. I therefore had to book alternative accommodation for the other 3 nights but was refused a refund for the nights I did not use despite explaining in detail the problems in the morning of the first night.

The location was perfect - the proximity to the beach was perfect, and the balcony overlooking the sea and sunset was lovely.

− Some of the pillows and bedding were a bit tired.
