I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and I was taking advantage off the property kept telling me to be patient but did nothing
1.0Bed bugs, WiFi problems, air conditioning wasn’t working, the freezer wasn’t working The 3rd day the lock on the door stopped working
− I left the unit 4 days before my check out day because all the problems but mainly the door won’t lock so I felt unsafe to stay The property manager did nothing to fix the problem and I didn’t get a refund when I asked
We only stayed one night and it was disappointing not having enough towels and no hand soap.
5.0The location was great and the shower was nice!
− I booked 4 ppl and there was only one bath towel and one hand towel. No hand soap anywhere and there weren’t any sheets for the pull out couch. There were shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the shower but the shampoo was empty. The condo walls had marks all over them and the pain job was very bad. The furniture was very nice however.
