4.0Perfect location, good facilities, nice layout of the property, owner replied quickly.
− Apartment upon entrance seemed lovely in fact; we thought it was ‘stunning’, however, once we sat down we noticed the window looking out to the beach was filthy. There were dog hairs in numerous places including sofas, blankets and especially on the floor which you could see when the sun shone into the property. As the turn around between guests is quick and property is always fully booked I am worried that blankets, pillow cases on the sofa etc are not cleaned or sprayed. To add to this as we returned home - a week later our dog was covered in flees; 30 in fact. Although we cannot prove that flees were from here he’s never had them before and we always ensure we check him before we go somewhere. We didn’t take him on walks past bushes or on the beach we stayed on the pathways and then upon returning home again it was a heatwave so we didn’t take him on walks. We contacted the owner to inform them of the flees and to ensure the property is cleaned appropriately for future guests. As we thought; we can’t prove they’re from the property and it was also stated that we should have complained at the time: we are not ones to complain but is does not go your favour to not speak up when you see the issues. Bed was also uncomfortable and an extremely heavy duvet even though it was a heatwave.

− Instructions were pretty vague and impersonal. BedRooms were small and cramped. Cleaning could be better.
Perfect for making the most of a visit to the beautiful town of Tenby!

9.0Loved the flat. Great location n bigger than the photos. Modern n cozy n stylish!
− Nothing really. The flat on the whole was very clean but we found some things the previous visitors had left behind n a few areas that could've done with a quick polish but that's being picky!
