Bitter sweet
5.0Location around 10 mins walk fm Wimbledon station.
− When we arrived, lift was broken, so me and my daughter has to carry 5 big luggages up to 3 levels. Bathroom drain was clog but host fix it next day. Lift was not working for 3 days so we have to use stairs. I rented this apartment for more than 2 weeks as my girl is starting uni, things were ok until the last 3 days water heater not working and we have to take cold showers, told host about it and he sent the neighbour to take a look and he told us it should be fine after half hour. But we went out after and when return at night, the water still cold. Texted host but don’t bother to reply. And on the day we checked out, lift not working again!!! We have to carry all the luggages from 3 floors down. Totally not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend.
