Stressful experience
1.0The main pro about this place was location; as we booked for work purposes. Cons heavily outweighed the pros and ended up breaking the lease after a week. Not worthwhile and would never stay here again.
− The hallway smells very strongly of damp and mold. The bathroom also smells of damp. Very small studio which did match description but not suitable for a couple. The bed is right against the window making it a very cold place to sleep. Our biggest issue was the washing machine filling up the sink every time the washing machine was on and the dryer cycle not working. The sink filled and shower with sewer water. We asked for a plumber but no one arrived. Had to break lease and fight for a refund which did give us.
Unclean and poor communication
1.0− I was given vague check-in instructions and wasn't able to access the property on the first night. I messaged and called the property multiple times and when I didn't get a response for one hour, so I booked alternative accommodation as I had work the next day. Property finally replied after 2 hours. When I accessed the property the next day after being given the precise instructions, the place was unclean and smelled like cat litter. Hair everywhere on the ground and bedding, cat poop in the communal areas on the carpet. Contacted the property and sent them images of the state, they sent cleaners and I checked again the next day. Stayed one night and encountered German cockroaches in the bathroom. Woke up and even more cockroaches, more cat poop in the communal hallway. I had booked the place for 3 weeks and left after staying one night. Extremely unclean and poor communication from the property.
