4.0Very friendly staff. Located close to wharf.
− Door going to balcony had cracks in it and gaps around it that let the hot air in so room would not cool. We tried “blocking” the gaps to keep cool air in and hot air out but it didn’t really help. No elevator.

Superb Location for Hundred Islands Tour
10.0The hotel is very close to Lucap Wharf which ideal if you are planning a trip to Hundred Islands. You can also find lots of eateries and convenient stores such as 7/11. We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite for my family and we are very satisfied with the room they gave us in terms of cleanliness, comfortability and value for money. The staffs upon check-in seemed friendly and they let us use the swimming pool on the other hotel for free. They are also pet friendly and you just need to pay 500 pesos per pet. Overall, our stay was pleasant and highly recommeded to book with them.

2.0Room not clean. Bathroom not clean. TV and internet not working.Reception staff not friendly at all. Corridors work in progress (strong paint smells) No fridge. No soap, shower gel, dental kit and only 2 poor quality towels for all 3 days.
