8.0Location molto bella con un bellissimo parco. Edificio particolarmente caratteristico con una buona ristrutturazione e bei servizi esterni aggiuntivi ( barbeque, forno, lavanderia, ecc). Cucina super accessoriata e un gradito pacco di benvenuto con prodotti tipici locali.
− Infiltrazione di acqua in una delle camere. Problemi all'impianto elettrico che hanno provocato l'assenza anche di acqua. Ma quello che più ha dato fastidio è stata la gestione dell'Host che ci ha letteralmente bombardato di e-mail e messaggi con continui richiami al regolamento della struttura con minacce di penali in denaro. Considerata la puntigliosità delle regole ci è piaciuto ancora meno il ritardo della restituzione della cauzione versata rispetto ai tempi previsti nel contratto ( 48 ore). La cauzione invece è stata restituita dopo ben nove giorni.

10.0Beautifully renovated old trulli complex, located amid the endless olive groves. A truly unique experience! Retrofitted with all the modern amenities, while preserving authenticity. The managing company representative is very responsive to all inquiries. Owners left us a very appreciated welcome gift. Very nice base to reach small picturesque villages and the coast by car.
