3.0The location and House overall was fairly good. The condition of the house was high and the convenient location were massive pluses
− There was no air conditioning option which due to the average hot weather would have just been a plus. The house had no kitchen commodities or bathroom commodities. Given the cost it felt like possibly some garbage bags, cooking spray and other basic items should be fairly standard. The floors were gritty on arrival but probably just part of the location and unavoidable.

10.0Everything. Was great to come home from work to watch Wales in the bay jumping while relaxing in a beautiful house.
