The toilets and washbasins were clean is the only good thing about this place. Although the water system was very noisy

− This house is pretty awful and I had to find another place to move to as i couldn't stay there... Horrible start to my holiday.. It was so stressful and disappointing arriving late at night to such a depressing place. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place..... It isn't privately owned it seems to be a non local business that dont care ...i stayed nearby recently and my experience couldn't have been more different with a private owner. I'm sure the locally owned properties are not like this one ...I found one a little way away thankfully which was clean and had everything I could need. At casa alessandra the kitchen needed a big refurb. A total lack of kitchen equipment.. This was not a place to cook a meal. Hardly any saucepans and no bowls. No food prep knives. The kettle had no socket to plug in to. Only socket I could find was behind the fridge freezer if I pulled it out. The kitchen was very tatty especially the cupboards. The cutlery drawer was so high it was hard to see into. The kitchen balcony was unusable it was dirty and full of cleaning tools and covered in green plastic netting. Was tied in many places so couldn't be rolled up easily. The floor was dirty in the kitchen..I needed to wash my feet after walking in there barefoot. The shower was fixed high on the slider with a jubilee clip and couldn't be slid down. The shower was also pretty grotty as well as being incredibly small and awkward..I couldn't face using it. The stairs were dusty. There was a lack of usable sockets throughout. One socket adaptor was badly cracked. One of the fans had a broken plug. I couldn't charge my phone and have a bedside lamp and fan on together. The beaker in the bathroom was dirty. Rubbish had been left in the house. There was a banging noise every time I turned on a tap or flushed the toilet. Awkward access to the roof terrace which was not enticing and needed to be unpadlocked to get up there.
