The service and the staff

− Not so clean

Sadly Disappointing. Not good value for money.

Thde pictures did not reflect the true room set up/accommodation. The bathroom and room were dirty and had to request a cleaner to re-clean. Furniture was damaged and cracks/mould in corners of walls. The resort looks great, but sadly, the rooms, furniture, decor are in real need of a serious update/upgrade. The price I paid was not even close to been value for money, sorry to say.

− The rooms, bathroom, presentation, decor, damaged furniture, unclean bathroom. The room did not match the pictures. External of the room/hut also needs a update or maintenance.

Booking.com as well as this facility are a criminal , providing Americans with false information.

The facility is like an abandoned building, No bath facility, no shower, no sink/fawcet even to wash hands or brush your teeth, Very very dirty room, it’s like a garbage storage, No breakfast, no staff available at anytime at all, No front desk, just no one. In the entire facility, there was one man who unlocked the so-called room, I booked the facility for 5 days and I left the facility in 5 hours. I spent 5 hours in the facility cause I had no where to go.

− There is just nothing to describe likings or disliking, This facility is likes and abandoned property, I don’t think eve a dog can spend a night there,

The free breakfast was decent. There were plenty of pools to have fun in. Kids definitely loved the whole place.

− The room we stayed in was not cleaned thoroughly. There were black ants crawling on the walls as well as some mold. Water was always murky even after letting it run for a while or whether or not it rained the day/night prior. The little kids weren't counted in the free breakfast they offered, as if kids don't eat at all so I had to pay for additional plates.

− Hidden Valley Mountain 🏔️ resort: ) 🏔️No wifi as advertised there is. Non of them working. 🏔️Ants were everywhere in each rooms we visited as we were looking for heater showers that was actually working. 🏔️Most of the heaters showers were not functioning , we had to move rooms ro rooms to finds a working heater shower. 🏔️no coffee ☕️ compliments Especially at top rooms only Aircondition they have. 🏔️waters are all yellow color. 🏔️Hidden Valley Mountain resort is COOPERATION. Own by community. Its hard to file complain. 🏔️we booked there in Hidden Valley mountain resort for 3 nights and it was a nightmare stay .its not worth for your money. its only okay for overnight just to use the swimming pools but this stay we didn’t be able to use the swimming pool. Second day of stay, we have breakfast reservations at 7 am. 7:06 passed the cafeteria still closed. I have to flagged the gardeners asking them when the cafeteria is open we have reservations at 7 am. The gardener went to the kitchen to checked and came back and told us , they were no foods being cook because the chef cook called in sick . And they have to call someone to cook for us 😳 There’s NO cellphone 📱 signal as well. I felt being trapped in that resort. We can’t communicate to anyone , we have to drive farther to get cellular signal . We will never visit again this resorts again.
