Good rooms but staff needs training
7.0Its a nice comfortable space with good breakfast options. Rooms are super clean and comfy.
− I feel the front office team is not trained well. I have travelled to multiple hotels on this trip and this shortest stay was the most problematic. First the team couldnt find my booking, then I was told I cant be given a reciept becasue it will only say $0. How am I supposed to submit that to my organization? I have been requesting an invoice through booking.com for days and have not recieved a response.
It’s obvious something was charged to my card after I left which is not legal once I’m handed an invoice.
4.0Room was very nice but overly expensive. Stay at candlewood and get same type of room but bigger. For lower price I’m sure.
− My charge in receipt was 244.19 and my account was charged 270.00 . We were not informed of additional charge after checkout.
