8.0Nah und Gut Markt direkt gegenüber, Bäcker 3 Häuser weiter. Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit sowie auskunftsfreudig
− Heizkörper sehr alt (Konvektor? Standgeräte, exrem schwer, grau, mit Gebläserippen unten an der Front - hatte meine Oma in Ostfriesland auch in jedem Raum) und bei Ankunft (um die 0°) mussten wir lange aufheizen, da Heizleistung entsprechend lange auf sich warten ließ. Badezimmer mit Nachtabschaltung - nachts und morgens bei inzwischen fast Minusgraden und Regenwetter eiskalt. Dauerte dann recht lange bis es warm wurde. Musste man sich halt schneller und vor allem warm anziehen.

10.0Die Wohnung war komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat hier an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter aber tiptop in Ordnung Supermarkt und Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke Inkl. Parkplatz vor der Türe
