− Unfortunately, our experience at this property did not meet expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dust and hair in the bed, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure, and the TV only offered Pluto TV, with no access to main channels. The furniture was in poor condition, and the thermostat was not working, leaving the room extremely warm (30°C) with no way to adjust the temperature. The windows were not well insulated, and the street noise made it very difficult to sleep until early morning. Due to these issues, we decided to leave after just one night instead of our planned four-night stay. While the owner refunded two nights, we were still charged the full city tax for the entire stay, which was disappointing. I hope the property management takes these concerns into account to improve the experience for future guests.
