3.0− I booked the room for 6 people 3 bed suite. And then when I came here just give me the room have only 2 bed and 1 sofa bed because they say they sold out the sold out 3 bed suite without telling me or send me any email about it. And don't give me money back for that. Or maybe we asian that why they don't care about us.

− There were some maintenance issues. Sloppy pst h work. But clean.
TV Problems
8.0Good location for the downtown area
− 3 TV's none of them worked properly. The screen said I had to change inputs. The remote controls had no way of changing the inputs. Went to the front desk, and they gave me a remote to fix the problem . This is something a customer shouldn't have to do. I managed to get one out of the three TV's to work. Other than that everything was okay.
