7.0El apartamento tiene buena relación calidad-precio, esta en una buena ubicación, la habitación de matrimonio es grande y la cama es cómoda. A pesar de no tener aire y del calor que hacía, la casa por la noche se mantenía fresca y se podia dormir.
− La casa necesita mantenimiento, una de las estanterías del lavabo esta muy torcida, las puertas hacen ruido al abrir o cerrar, el sofá cama es ruidoso e incómodo, a la cocina le falta espacio de almacenaje,

Bel appartement, très fonctionnel et très bien situé en terme d'environnement.
9.0Appartement très bien situé (proche des départs de randonnées, du magasin alimentaire COOP, des Bains de la Gruyère, d'un arrêt de transport public, du centre ville), au calme, avec un bel environnement visuel. Place de parking attribué avec l'appartement, un plus.
− Rien de particulier. L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes et avait été préparé pour notre accueil (linges de bain propres; capsules café et petites barres chocolatées en guise de bienvenue).
Fijn appartement!
10.0Mooie locatie en een fijn appartement op loopafstand van o.a. de supermarkt, het zwembad, de kabelbaan. Daarnaast was het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een oventje, vaatwasser en een fornuis om zelf te kunnen koken.
