The apartment is beautiful, a bit of a pain having to collect keys, on arrival no welcome book with information like where the bins are or pool times. We were dissapointed to find not all the pools were open and there was no where to lounge on the complex all the grass areas are taped off. The one open pool closed a lot earlier than sign stated. No mention of facilities being closed pre arrival or when collecting the keys. The pillows for a luxury appartment were awful 1 flat square per person. Views are amazing apartment is lovely but a few more guest friendly tweeks like better pillows an information pack, at least 1 bin bag being provided and bins in the bathroom would be good. Small things but its the small things that people notice

Vi hade en väldigt fin vecka i posedonia penthouse och vi kommer gärna tillbaka fler gånger.

Lägenheten va jättefin, utsikten va fantastisk! Värden va trevlig och tillmötesgående.

− Sängarna va dock i hårdaste laget. I övrigt finns inget att klaga på.

Upsides: Great view(s)! Sound of the waves without car noises Two terraces! Sunrise terrace (with mobile roof) and another sunset terrace (with cement ceiling) Good firm mattresses, nice beds Private car garage (also good for bigger cars) close to the elevator Second key was given on arrival without a problem Modern stylish interior design Already to the downsides: We reached out via Whatsapp to the official numbers, as advised when we needed help with anything, but no one from the rental agency EVER responded. The website is informative but totally lacks friendliness. There could be a „welcome, nice that you are here!“ but there isn’t. Also about the party warning on the website: We are a „normal“ peaceful couple and don’t want to be addressed like we are a rowdy group of misbehaving people who make loud noises. Maybe the agency had bad experiences with this type of clientele but not everyone is like this. An attitude of true hospitality goes a long way. When we dropped the keys we were asked why we didn’t read the website and that we could also leave the keys in the apartment. There was no „how was your stay“ or „thank you for choosing us“. The customer service attitude of Quadro could be improved by a lot! That said, it’s a nice apartment in general but we won’t come again. More below if you like.

− Downsides: If there's a blackout (like there was during our stay) you have to walk up the stairs to the 9th floor (with bags) There is only ONE garage entrance for four buildings. On Sunday morning we had a garage failure and the door didn’t open. It was damaged by someone who probably didn’t like the urbanization/ there are some who don’t like the new buildings. Technician finally came after 2-3hrs+fixed it but we had to take an expensive taxi to get to our appointment on time which was one hour away. No refunds of course. If you come by car, there is only one street, although Google shows you otherwise. You can't take the street close to the beach. No bathroom bins Open shower prone to overflooding Loud ventilation If the (next door/downstairs) neighbors cook (fish, cheese) you really smell it through the ventilation system. For some reason we can’t figure out to turn off the fan (although we already turned off the AC panel in the living room + that should do the job. But still, the vent seems to come on automatically at its own accord and mystical timing and then at least for 20 mins.) Floor heating only in bathrooms (stone tiles in the living room+bedrooms can get quite cold) Sunrise terrace has a connecting window with the neighbor’s terrace. There is no way to block out the light if they have it on (or to have see-through protection). Terrace couches are stylish but made of soft water-absorbable fabric. If a bird flies over+drops sth, there is no way to protect the couches. If there’s a sand/sea storm the whole window front needs cleaning to be able to look out of the windows again. We cleaned it during our holidays :/
