Clean, good location, but some things to improve

The area is very quiet and clean, there is a shop nearby which works until 11, on a Sunday. Which is rare in Vienna. So we were able to get some food for ourselves. The place has very nice interior, it is small but good enough for a few nights stay, and TV was large and good to use. Check in was easy and smooth. Checkout was also smooth. The machine downstairs has some snacks with very good prices, and some things one might need in an emergency. Toilet was clean. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen with some coffee also provided - this was great. WiFi worked great, TV worked great. Place is next to the train station - walking distance, but not next to the rail so you cannot hear the train at all. Area is very quiet, but not so quiet that you are afraid of making any sound - I liked that.

− Some details felt quite unwelcoming. For example, we had to expand the sofa bed - and we found out that the sofa bed was not actually attached by bolts / screws to the bottom, making it almost impossible to expand to sleep on. Thankfully, we managed to do it, but if I stayed alone this would not be possible. I don't know why the sofa was not assembled properly. The sheet we had to sleep on was strange, something I have never slept on before, felt more like a mattress cover than a bed sheet. I did not find any other sheet in the closet. We also had to fill in the registration form for tourists, which was fully in German. This took longer than it should have because neither of us speak German. I have also never had to fill in this form myself before - and would just send a picture of my passport or ID to the owner. Filling the document in a language I did not understand took a very long time and was quite uncomfortable considering I was filling some legal data in a language I did not fully understand. No English forms were provided. The heater was difficult to operate, and we did not find any instructions on how to do it. It was very hot as a result. However, there were instructions on operating the microwave, so perhaps we did not find the heater instructions. After a 7 hour long trip, figuring out the sofa assembly and using Google to translate the legal forms was not something we wanted to do.

The windows to the street below provide excellent noise insulation (the bells of the church in front were barely audible!). Very good, central location.

We found this as a perfect place for our small, new year celebration. The apartment we had (1.6) was tiny, but that was perfectly enough:) when you open the door with a chip which you get after you do a self check in, on the right you see bathroom with big shower, MANY towels, hair dryer, and shamoos. The room it self has a sofa you will sleep on, it can be spread into a very comfortable bed. There is also a very big TV opposite to the sofa, it has an HDMI slot so you can connenct your own laptop (if you bring your hdmi cable ofcourse:) ). The kitchen is a small wall, but i suggest you don’t need a big one here, there’s everything 2 people might need for a few day stay - a kettle, coffee machine with free coffee and tea, oven, and 2 induction heater spots. Information about accommodation and how to check in came in english, in the room there are also papers with instructions in english and german. The staff here is very nice and friendly, answered all our questions and helped a lot, very nice people! <3 This accommodation is located in a very small city part, very beautiful and also calm, you can get there by train, lines S2, S3, and S4 from the main train station, if i remember correctly:) it takes 20-30 minutes. The train comes every 15 -30 minutes. This is a very great spot for a vacation, when you plan to stay a lot in the Vienna citty itself, the accomodation is not the biggest and not the most luxurious, but is very nice, in great location, has everything you need and the price is also very, very nice. I would say, it is also very student friendly, and if any of my friends would consider going to Vienna and staying there for a few nights, I would definitely recommend these apartments:)
