− I often choose Queenie hotel for my business trip, normally the room will be FOC 2 bottles of water. This time the new receptionist did not inform that water will be charged. When check out they requested to charge 2 bottles. Room 806 the broken shower head without informing.

5.0I liked the area because it was near a shopping place.
− We didn't really have a bathroom it was just conjoined and there weren't much privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom.
