4.0Just environment and location
− When we arrived, we had no idea where the key was. We were lucky that the door was unlocked because we couldn't get in otherwise. We tried calling, but no one answered. There were several issues with the property: - The toaster did not work. - The laundry tap was broken. - The dishwasher was not working. - The kitchen sink leaked badly from underneath every time we washed dishes. - There were no garbage bin liners provided. Most importantly, we rented this property because it advertised a spa, but the spa did not work at all. We called several times to report these problems, but either no one answered or they returned our calls after a long delay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
Perfect house for a little serenity
10.0The property was very clean and had all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. In a quiet location backing onto the lake which was peaceful and lovely to sit on the deck with your morning coffee. Nice treat with the spa. Not far from Westfield Tuggerah if you want some retail therapy. Would definitely stay here again

− Experienced bed bugs (through sofa) which resulted in a serious outbreak of bites for a number of guests. This was unfortunate as it ruined our stay.
Definitely a great lil getaway place! The staff was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend this place to familie
