Its a good place, good clean rooms and bathroom, a hall, room, balcony, kitchen everything. The owner is honest and were able to provide room in short notice. He mentioned it's worth 4k but maximum 1.5- 2k worth amenities.

− The location is hard to find and google map keeps re routing and difficult to travel in sedan as roads are not good and might hit bottom en route. otherwise its not far from ripple waterfall.
