8.0Pleasant location in small village, quite close to the airport by car, well set out double bedroom, with a very good choice for breakfast(hot or cold).
− Disappointed to find no indoor pool; and Leisure centre being refurbished, so just gym & outside pool.

8.0The breakfast was really good, got what I ordered. The location of the hotel is lovely.
− On opening the door to my room and glancing around I noticed that the duvet covers were lumpy and not a good sight to see, though it was a comfortable bed. A good night sleep was had.
My granddaughter and I had a most enjoyable time would happily visit again

Never happened as they double booked us!
1.0Booked and had the email etc confirming, then booked our flights and hire car, then got an email from the hotel so say other bookings had confirmed so there were no rooms available, when we complained to booking.com they said they couldn’t get an answer from the hotel, the hotel then emailed saying they had booked us in to another hotel call the barberie? All very disappointing as stayed several times before in the 90s and 00s, and were looking forward to going back, so can only guess that they take more bookings than they can accommodate and some of them don’t confirm due to last minute cancellation options but if too many carry on you end up were we were with flights booked and nowhere to stay! Needless to say will never use again!

10.0Evening meal Excellent Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast Excellent. Facilities great. Good swimming pool indoor and out. Bar staff superb. Waitress and waiter service first class. Best value for money hotel on guernsey. Should be 4 star not 3 star.
