Didn’t refund our deposit. Disorganized. Bad service. Beautiful location.
3.0The location, close to water, canoes available and beach volley ball.
− Had to pay extra for propane for the BBQ, the key to the door lock was very difficult to operate, the cabin itself was missing towels, bedsheets, had only a mini frying pan, only one regular sized coffee mug. Kept having to call them for help and they didn’t refund our damage deposit despite no damage (at all). Then when called they claimed they never took a damage deposit. When contacting booking.com it is clear there was one and through the booking.com services person they then apparently “forgot” they had a deposit and took back what they said and intend to refund us. Disappointed.
