10.0A képekről nem látszik, hogy mennyire kitűnő helyen van. Jobb nem is lehetne. A sétány végén, távol a zajtól. A földszinten van egy kávézó, halk zenével. A part közelebb nem is lehetne. Lifttel egy pillanat alatt fel-le lehet közlekedni. A harmadik emeletről tökéletes a kilátás a partra, a napkeltére és a napnyugtára is. Kisbolt a bejárati ajtóval szemben. A parkolás egy kicsit körülményes, de megoldható. A képek a szobáról tükrözik a valóságot.

− Jako je teško pronaći parking u sezoni. Ima TV-a ali bez ikakvih kanala, kablovske ili interneta, znači kao da ga nema :)
