Roof top patio was great. Luis was a very friendly and helpful host, who took the time to answer all our questions in a prompt fashion. The kitchen had all sorts of small items to make cooking easier, oil, spices, coffee, teas, biscuits, and more.

− The kitchen is small for 2 people to cook at the same time. The back living area is dark with no windows. Both these things cannot be rectified as it is the nature of the structure of the building. It was also a little chilly and we didn't see any forms of heating.

The location was excellent, close to bus, cafes and businesses and the harbour and on the Way to the lighthouse. It was quiet with a lovely deck, a washing machine, a kitchen set up with coffee,tea,water in fridge, etc. cookies and very clean. The owners were exceptional and went out of their way to help me. I am a senior, it was nice that the gentleman communicated through what's app the day that I arrived and stayed on site to meet me. I have an exceptional story about the caring of the owners of this apartment: They were so kind , I will never forget them and will return to their cosy apartment when I return to Fisterra . I am a 75 year old pilgrim from Canada. On this pilgrimage... I was carrying my brother's cap with me to celebrate his life. He had passed away in August. I left for Muxia in the morning after 2 days stay here in Fisterra but forgot my cloth bag with my brothers hat in it in a restaurant the night before. I checked on my phone the location of the 2 restaurants that I had been to the night before, they were closed; I text Loma? the owner of the apartment. He said my cloth bag was not in the apartment. I was so sad, I text him back a little later to tell him about the hat. He immediately said he would check the Cafe s when they opened that night. One of the cafes, cafe Lecer, had the bag and hat. That was Saturday night, very few busses run Sundays to get me to Fisterra and back to Muxia the same day as i had booked 2 nights in Muxia and to pick up the hat. The cafes were closed in the morning. He said he would meet the bus with the hat. How wonderful was that!! So kind to go out of his way, time spent helping me. This is exceptional caring from this gentleman and his family. What would have been devastating for me turned out to be the best stay on the Camino. Not only was the apartment perfect but kindness goes a long way.
